College in the USA?

First of all you have to be accepted to a University and to do that he will need to submit his credentials which means grades and his GED score. I would contact a university he is interested in and find out what the requirements are. If he gets accepted that will be great but he will have a hard time learning something that he knows nothing about. Hope this helps.
