What is that movie about the seal?

Okay, I was obsessed with this movie when I was a kid, but I can't remember it for the life of me. It's about a gang of kids who rescue a seal. There's a part when the seal is knocking over all these desert tables I think and there's another part in this burned down old shed or something. The kids keep the seal in a bathtub. Anyway, I KNOW this movie isn't Andre, and it has been bothering me forever.
