How can i try to get SSI if i hae not been to a doctor?

my husband and i have no insurance, i have been deaf in one ear and going deaf in the other Sense i was a child. due to losing my hearing as a child my eyes have not been great also. i have had surgery a couple of years ago,i cannot work due to my hearing and also the fowl smell that my ear gives off at certain times of the year. can anyone help me please, like i said i cant go to a doctor i already have a 8,000 dollar bill for my husband.
