Is there a cure to Chihuahua trembling?

My daughter just got a useless little rat called a Chihuahua. It's got bug eyes, huge bat ears, a tongue powered by the energizer bunny, and it trembles all the time. My daughter says she's cold so I've bought the rodent it's own wardrobe, pink of course, my daughter is a huge fan of Legally blond and the Chihuahua movie. I know it's not cold because the mouse will be perfectly fine then you sit down to watch TV with some ice cream and she just starts her shivering and crying. The thing is also a huge cry baby, who's favorite thing is ice cream, and not that Frosty Paws stuff either, we tried it. We're currently switching to frozen yogurt and she loves the White chocolate raspberry. Anyways I just wanted to know why she shakes all the time, she's not scared because she puts my Beagle and Lab in their place and tears up strangers like that little dog on Tom and Jerry. She was sleeping next to me on the couch just now and I looked at her and she started the shivering again, whined, and licked me. I don't think she's nervous or has anxiety issues like some other posters have said. I think it's a weird breed thing but I want to know if it can be cured because this tiny thing is pitiful enough with the size and clothes without the shaking.
