Where should I place my hi-hat?

I have a snare, b drum, floor tom, and three rack toms. Two of my rack toms are attached and on top of my b drum. The smallest of the three (10") is attached to my boom stand which has a crash on it. Problem is, my smallest rack tom gets in the way of my hi hat. Where should I place it? By the way I have a double pedal and usually one of the legs of my hi hat stand goes over the pedal, but this cannot be done with my 10" tom in the way.
