George Foreman Grill Question?

So I am making a nice dinner for my husband tonight. I bought some really nice steaks (about 1" thick) that I am going to cook on the George Foreman grill. My question is, how long should I cook them to be well done? Also, any suggestions on what to flavor them with? Anything will help, thanks!
