Was this too much for my day off of excercise and Diet?

You're definitely fine. In fact, you're probably better off eating this much. You had mostly organic foods, and it's good to eat a healthy amount on days that you're resting. Tomorrow you should feel like you have a lot more energy than you did Saturday, and you'll be able to workout harder. Also, you burned at least 500 more calories a day than you consumed, which amounts to at least a 3000 calorie deficit. There's no way you had an extra 3000 calories today, lol, cause that would have amounted to about 4.5 thousand calories. It's actually challenging to eat that much in a day for a lot of people. So yea, don't worry about getting fat from just one day of eating ahaha ;]
