Are there any medical risks to long-term male celibacy?

I'm a 27 year-old virgin, and I recently read articles claiming that men who go long periods of time between ual are at a higher risk for diseases like prostate cancer or testicular cancer. Are there any known medical risks to long-term celibacy?
