Help explain my dream.?

i keep having a dream that i see the cells inside my and they are black and little and round and look like caviar and i can see them all clumped together, then i fly up and away. its so weird. i get into looking at these weird cells they are just all round and really gross i know . but i keep having this dream and its bothering me.
