Is it normal for a 10week female pit bull to start fights?

I have female pit bull. She is 10week old. She bites alot, and when you correct her she barks and nips and doesn't stop. Is that a sign that she is going to be aggressive? Also I have 2 other older dogs and she goes after them? she doesn't hurt them but she tries to play really ruff and does not quit? What should I do?
