Urine has odor but no white blood cells found?

I suspected I had a uti because I had a foul odor in my urine and going to the bathroom a lot. Initially I went to urgent care for chronic back pain which has always been a prob and I was concerned about a uti. She said that. My urine showed that I was dehydrated, there were ketones in the urine but no white blood cells were found and sai that was weird, sent me into a panic attack. She's sending it off to have a culture done on it but I need answers now. I'd like to know what's going on.
