Could someone create a EU MHFU game save?

Well, I was just wondering if someone could make a european Monster Hunter Freedom Unite game save. Appearance doesn't particularly matters as long as he's caucasian (white coloured skin). Descent armor sets, all items 99, everything unlocked armor and quest wise. All quests complete. Max pokke points and max monies :p. Farm completely upgraded as well. Could the name be 'chosen1' exactly like that. With a lowercase 'c'. I don't really mind where I have to download it from. Viruses aren't a worry for me at all. Thank you in advance!
