Do you feel safer now from terrorism, now that obama is dismantling the CIA's powers.?

Since obama is wanting to prosecute CIA personnel that interrogated terrorists, and were exonerated years ago, do you really feel safer from muslim terrorists. Also, do you think obama is destroying the moral of CIA personnel, who often have to do covert operations in order to insure the safety of America.
